WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. Femodn currently uses USPS, OCS Worldwide and DHL services to ship to the all around the world, with standard and express shipping options available.

If you want to order from Femodn to be shipped outside the US then please visit our international site at toomua.com, where you can find the details on other delivery options.

Please note delivery estimates are subject to your location and couriers might extend the delivery window if your location is classified as "remote". Please contact our customer care team for more information on this.

If you order products from our site your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the UK. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

Your order will be delivered in a stylish black mailer bag with the Femodn logo.
Larger orders will arrive in an unbranded brown mailer box.
Gift wrapped items will be packaged in a luxury branded gift box, and delivered in a white outer carton.

EVERY ORDER IS TRACKED TO YOUR DOOR

For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking straight to your door. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the information tracking code we automatically send to you on your order confirmation.

CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING OPTION

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

All available items are in stock for same day despatch. The tracking link in your confirmation email allows you to monitor the status of your order from dispatch to delivery.

WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?

If you are out when the parcel arrives, a delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking (provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email). You will then be able to contact the courier directly via the details provided on their tracking page in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a collection (if available).

Most couriers have a delivery window of 8AM to 8PM and will provide a delivery time estimate but please refer to your tracking for more information.

WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?

If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
